The General Agreement

The General Agreement is concluded in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Collective Agreements and Agreements". The last agreement, concluded for 2019-2021, has already expired and needs to be updated in view of the conditions of martial law and the scale of challenges for the country, the economy and our labor potential.

Social dialogue is a process that includes all types of negotiations, consultations and information exchange between representatives of governments, employers and workers on issues of mutual interest and related to socio-economic policy.

National Tripartite Socio-Economic Council (NTCER)

The development of social dialogue in Ukraine began in the first years of our independence. Back in 1991, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Employment of the Population", the Coordinating Committee for the Promotion of Population Employment was created, formed on a tripartite basis, at the state and regional levels.
