Educational Program for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses by Certified ILO Trainers (Participant Enrollment)
From April 10th to June 2023, the training program "SURE: Sustainable and Resilient Entrepreneurship" will take place for managers and owners of small and medium-sized businesses.
The program is conducted as part of a project by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the Association of Employers of Ukraine (AOEU).
The training series will provide companies with knowledge and skills to make informed decisions related to risk assessment and emergency planning. It is expected that upon completion of the training, companies will be able to develop business resilience strategies adapted to their needs.
The training is individualized, and four groups of 10 participants each (40 in total) will have the opportunity to attend the program. Enrollment is based on a "live queue" principle.
Criteria for participation in the SURE training and mentoring program:

You are the owner or manager with decision-making authority at the business level.

Your business is officially registered and has been operating continuously for at least one year.

The number of employees in your business is at least 5.

You are not engaged in any activities with an aggressor country.

You are willing to invest at least 20 hours of your time for training and completing assignments.

You are ready to develop and implement a real resilience strategy in your business.

You have a desire to establish new connections, build partnerships, discuss challenging situations, and learn from others' experiences.
The online training course is free of charge.
