Project News
About project
War creates highly unstable conditions for conducting business. Due to the attacks of the Russian aggressor, the energy infrastructure has suffered significantly: the lack of electricity has reduced the efficiency of enterprises by 2-3 times. Logistics has become more expensive due to border restrictions: tariffs imposed by Ukrainian Railways have increased by 70%. There is a severe shortage of working capital in the business sector. Additionally, some entrepreneurs have either partially or completely lost their assets in the territories temporarily occupied by the Russia or in areas affected by intense combat operations.
The Association of Employers' Organizations of Ukraine responds to these challenges faced by the business community and strives to provide Ukrainian entrepreneurs with knowledge of crisis management and response strategies. In this regard, we are collaborating with the International Labour Organization through its intellectual product - the SURE (Sustainable and Resilient Entrepreneurship) training program.
Between December 2022 and June 2023, the following activities will be conducted:
- Training program on enhancing business resilience - consisting of 4 modules delivered by trainers
from the SURE program. - 5 thematic training sessions featuring national and international experts on topics such as EU trade
and environmental legislation, emerging production technologies, and waste management. - Individual coaching services available upon request.
- Assistance in developing customized business strategies based on the acquired knowledge for
participating companies.
